3. Delivery Timeframes

- Other areas: 2–5 working days
Delivery timelines may vary during sales, holidays, weather conditions, or courier delays.

- Orders are processed Monday to Saturday.
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM are processed on the next working day.
- Tracking information will be shared where applicable.
5. Delivery Conditions
To ensure successful delivery:

- Ensure someone is available to receive the package
Repeated failed delivery attempts may result in order cancellation or additional charges.

While we aim to deliver within estimated timelines, delays may occur due to:

Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday only.
8. Address Changes
- Address changes are allowed only before dispatch.
- Once an order has been dispatched, address modifications are not possible.
